Pricing
One fee per ticket.
Paid as tickets sell.
No monthly fee, no setup fee and no added fees for fans: they pay your ticket price. Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account.
$4.00 per paid ticket
Your cost, taken from each sale; never added to the fan’s price. On a $25.00 ticket you keep $21.00 before Stripe’s card processing.
Paid out on your Stripe schedule
Ticket money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank on the schedule you set in Stripe: daily, weekly or monthly. Every payout ties to a statement you can export.
$0 for comps and free tickets
Sponsors, media and guest lists cost nothing to issue.

What does CheerTicketing cost?+
One fee per paid ticket, set in your agreement (the example plan is $4.00). No monthly or setup fee, and comps are free.
When do we get paid, and into which account?+
Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account as tickets sell. Stripe pays it out to your bank on the schedule you choose in Stripe.
Do fans see a separate fee?+
No. Fans pay the ticket price you set. Our fee comes out of each sale, never on top.
Who decides refunds?+
All sales are final under CheerTicketing’s ticket policy. Fans contact CheerTicketing support, who decides any refund and handles event cancellations with you; you see every refund in your dashboard.
How do we go live?+
Set up your brand, web address and Stripe account, then ask to go live. CheerTicketing checks your first launch, usually within 1 business day.
Can we sell at the door?+
Yes: card on an Android phone with Tap to Pay, or cash, from the same app your gate team scans with.
